It talks about how its hard to film a documentary film because you need permission for filming things and its hard to capture moments. also people give you low budgets. It explains that if you want success enough you'll be able to get it. Also if you unplanned its a bad idea because you should always be planned. Over planning is a bad idea because you mine have to re plan things and you can end up wasting money.
